the summer days are heating up.
the fire of the fireflies begins to burn.
but my heart is cold.
the sky is overcast.

sometimes i feel as though i cannot express how i truely feel. I feel as though thoughts and feelings are purely a decoy; as i have been hidden within myself so long. as the sumemr nights roll in a yearn for a yesterday long ago.

why can't a be full.
why can't i be glued back together.
will you save me?
will you make me whole again?
is the glass half empty?
or are we just half-full?
